Pirelli became a central presence in Formula 1, supplying every team with tyres that added strategy and adrenaline to each race. New compounds raised the level of spectacle and overtaking. From Red Bull's dominance to Mercedes' long reign, and the unforgettable season that set Lewis Hamilton against Max Verstappen. New regulations and wider tyres reignited the level of competition in 2022. Formula 1 also found new audiences through Drive to Survive and a new generation of drivers such as Lando Norris.
